Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to Dream Woman ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial self-reflection, journaling, and wellness habit tracking on Apple iOS and Google Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service.
2. In-App Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
Auto-Renewable Subscription Details:
- 3-Day Free Trial: Your subscription begins with a complimentary 3-day free trial. During this trial, you enjoy unrestricted access to all premium journaling and reflection features.
- Auto-Renewal: After the 3-day trial period concludes, your subscription automatically renews at your chosen plan rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period.
- Billing: Payment is charged directly to your Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Management & Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or Google Play: Subscriptions).
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase another subscription plan, where applicable. Subscription renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active period.
3. Refunds and Price Changes
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google respectively. Any subscription pricing changes will be communicated in advance via the App Store / Google Play and will require your consent before taking effect.
4. User Content & Journal Data
You retain 100% ownership and control of all personal entries, notes, photos, and voice reflections you create within the App ("User Content"). We respect your sanctuary and strictly never sell or monetize your private reflections to third parties or advertisers.
5. Wellness & Non-Medical Advice Disclaimer
Dream Woman is designed as a mindful self-reflection and habit-building sanctuary. The App does not provide medical, clinical psychological, or health advice. If you are experiencing emotional crisis or distress, please consult a qualified healthcare provider or emergency service.
6. Account Termination & Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated reflection records at any time directly in the App via Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or by contacting our team.
